新事業開発株式会社は平成17年の創業以来、「日本と中国のビジネスの架け橋」として化学、食品、医療から鉄鋼、機械他各種分野において、日中両国に深く根ざし、貿易と投資の分野で日本及び中国の企業に最高のサービスを提供してまいりました。
New Business Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called “NBDC”), since its founding in 2005, has provided Japanese & Chinese companies with the best services as a business go-between of the two countries in terms of trade and investment. We have engaged in the business deeply-rooted so far in the various fields such as chemical, medical, food, iron/steel and machinery, etc.
当社の主な事業は国際貿易業、合弁事業経営、コンサルティング業等であります。貿易分野では多くの製品を取り扱ってきましたが、その中でも、現在はファインケミカル事業の取り扱いが中心となっております。当社は日本で開発された化学品素材などを中国の化学・薬品会社に提供して製品化しています.投資事業につきましては、中国の大手医療グループと歯科関連機器の製造販売の合弁会社を設立しました。中国市場での販売増加を期待しております。コンサルティング部門では日系企業の中国での事業経営・中国企業とのビジネス上のトラブルに対し適切なアドバイスを提供しております。
Our main business is international trade, joint-venture operation and consulting services. As a trade business, we have handled a variety of industrial products, but fine chemical business plays a key role at this moment. We have so far supplied various chemical materials developed/manufactured in Japan to Chinese pharmaceutical companies which make finished products.
On the investment(local operation) business, we have formed a joint-venture company in Tianjin City with a Chinese medical conglomerate to manufacture and sale of dental equipment. We are expecting increasing sales amount in Chinese market.
On the consulting field, we have given Japanese companies adequate business advice on the business operations management in China as well as for the settlement of actual business troubles with Chinese business partners.
更に、当社は名古屋大学及び京都府立医科大学の委託により、中国において化学薬品の開発、製造を中国企業にて行っています。
Furthermore, we have arranged the development of another chemical products with a suitable Chinese chemical company along with the requests from two Japanese medical universities.
現在、我が社は将来に向けたECO、環境やエネルギー分野にも注力をしております。さらに今後は事業の範囲を東南アジア市場にまで広めてゆく計画です。
From now on, we want to expand our business to the fields of ECO environment and energy sectors.
We also plan to spread the scope of our business to the Southeast Asia market in the coming future.
